Privacy Policy

WallArtReady is operated by Edvardas Samsonas, based in the United Kingdom. For service, billing or privacy enquiries, contact edvardaspt@gmail.com.

WallArtReady is the new website address for PrintReady. Existing account records remain in the same account system. Browser-local projects are specific to the device and website address where they were created.

WallArtReady uses accounts to provide plan access, daily local-tool limits, trial and monthly AI allowances, and subscription management. We store your email address, a securely hashed password, plan and usage records (including local-tool operation type, status and date, without uploading artwork for local tools), one-time purchase records, session information, and Stripe customer and subscription identifiers in Cloudflare D1.

When Google sign-in is available and you choose it, Google provides a verified email address and a unique account identifier so we can authenticate you. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive or your contacts. Google-only accounts do not have a WallArtReady password. Connecting Google to an existing account requires signing in to that account first; matching email addresses alone do not merge accounts. We use a short-lived, essential sign-in cookie and temporary authentication records to protect this process. Google access tokens are not stored in our account database.

Artwork and account data

Recent artwork and project history are stored locally in your browser so you can restore work on the same device. WallArtReady does not intentionally store uploaded artwork permanently in its own database.

When you choose AI image expansion, upscaling, background removal or listing copy, your uploaded image may be sent to Replicate or the model provider used by Replicate for processing. The standard room mockup renderer, local expansion and automatic filename text recognition run in your browser.

To limit repeated sign-in attempts, the service temporarily stores a hashed identifier derived from the request's IP address and a short time window, together with an attempt count. It does not store the raw IP address in this rate-limit table.

Account verification, password-reset links, and password-change notifications are sent through Resend. Resend processes the recipient email address and message content to deliver these account emails.

Temporary processing URLs returned by AI providers may remain available for a limited time according to those providers' systems. Payments are processed by Stripe; WallArtReady does not receive or store your complete card number.

WallArtReady uses an essential secure session cookie to keep you signed in. You can clear local project history by clearing this site's browser storage. Avoid uploading images that contain sensitive personal, financial, medical, or confidential information.

You may request account access or deletion by contacting us. Some billing and transaction records may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.

Optional product and advertising measurement

Optional Google Ads purchase measurement is available. The Google advertising tag loads only after you choose “Allow optional measurement” in Privacy settings. No Google advertising tag loads before that choice or when measurement is declined. You may decline and continue using the service, or change your choice at any time through the footer.

If you allow measurement, Google may use advertising cookies and browser/device information to connect an ad click to a successful purchase. We send a purchase reference, amount and currency only after Stripe confirms the payment. Your email, password, artwork and listing text are not included. Personalised advertising and enhanced conversions are disabled. Google processes this information under its Privacy Policy; see Google’s advertising data practices.

With a separate affirmative choice for the current measurement scope, WallArtReady also counts visits, demo selections, uploads, signups, first download requests and checkouts. These optional requests contain only the event name and, when relevant, a broad tool or plan category. They do not contain artwork, filenames, listing text, email addresses, account identifiers or page URLs. We store daily aggregate counts rather than a visitor history. Browser events describe requests and can be blocked or repeated; a first download request does not confirm that a file was saved to disk.

Confirmed initial payments and subscription renewals are counted separately only when the checkout had optional product-measurement permission and the account still permits it. The checkout records this permission in Stripe metadata. A separate account preference records the current choice so withdrawing permission can stop future renewal counts. Hashed payment references prevent duplicate counts without placing customer or payment identifiers in the aggregate count table. Optional product counts and their deduplication records are retained for up to 400 days. Essential accounting, payment and usage records are separate from optional measurement.

Your privacy choice is stored on this device for up to 180 days. Purchase references used to avoid duplicate measurement are stored only when you consent. Withdrawing consent stops future optional measurement, including future renewal counts once the account preference is saved; it does not remove anonymous aggregate counts or information already received by Google.
